What is the return policy?
We hope you love your VIKE Beauty products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on new or gently used items purchased from www.VikeBeauty.com within 14 days receiving the order.
Please note, we cannot take returns on overly used products or return requests outside of our 14-day return window.
You will receive a refund for only the item(s) returned. Original shipping costs are not refunded on returned items.
HOW do i place a return
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at support@vikebeauty.com so we can assist with the return. Please note we do not provide a pre-paid return label. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
